Return & Exchange Policy

1. Can I return or exchange the item I bought?

Depending on availability, exchanges and returns are accepted for defective goods or for
mismatched sizes.

2. If the size I purchased does not fit, would I receive a replacement?

If you have any questions about the sizing, please make sure to contact us before making a
purchase. You could get in touch with us for an exchange if it did not fit. Depending on
availability, we will take it into account.

3. How can I return an item for a refund?

Please make sure the merchandise is in brand-new condition (not crumpled, washed, torn,
or soiled), the tag is still attached, and the bill is enclosed. Carefully pack it and return it to
our office address.

4. Who is going to pay for returning it?

In the event of an exchange, the cost of returning it to us will be your responsibility. We will
cover the cost of the product and postage if it is returned due to damage.

5. My merchandise or package is broken. How can I get a new one?

Get in touch with us right away and send us images of the flaw. Once we have confirmed,
ship it back to our office address. We will attempt to send you the replacement as soon as
possible, depending on availability.
